Move & Play Class
Are you looking for a fun and engaging outdoor group class in Brussels to start your Saturday mornings with? Do you want to be part of a little community of awesome people that gets together every week to move and have fun?
Because that’s what Move Play Brussels is all about.
Movement + Play + Community.
We move, talk, play, learn and laugh together, and even organize a community get together event couple of weeks. We form a warm and smiling community through our shared interest in health and movement. And of course, we’re all awesome people (obviously).
A big part of our classes is that we work with interactive games, instead of isolated exercises.
By working with and against other people we have to adapt to changing situations and, by doing so, create a way more diverse (and engaging!) movement practice.
Another important distinction is that our classes are not a punishment for eating junk food.
Our classes are a gift of self-care. Why?
Because you’ll explore your body and get to know yourself better. At the same time you’ll become stronger and more supple. By reconnecting to an inner sense of play, and of not taking everything so serious, you’ll start to feel better too. You laugh more, and have a great time.
You get to know new, like minded people that become more than strangers as time goes by. As you interact with them, physically and mentally, and learn from each other.
And that’s why our classes are more than a bunch of movements.
